Yes,  you can move in any day.

We prorate the rent for the first month. For example if you rented on the 15th of the month, you would only need to pay  one half of the  monthly rental when you move in.  Your monthly payment would then be due  starting the first day of the next  month.

Call or email to set up a time to meet. Complete the rental agreement and pay the prorated first months rent by cash, check or credit card, that's it! The process takes about 4 minutes. NOTE: There  is no office at the facility. To rent a unit, you need to come to our business office at 44 Bristol Street in Canandaigua. Rentals are done by appointment only, but we are available most times  (including weekends and nights)

You can rent for  one month or more. Rentals are month to month, so when you want to move out, just give us  notice before you want to move out. You can move out before the end of the month, but the final months rent is not prorated.

We offer storage for both the household and business customers.

A drive-up unit is an outside unit, located on the first floor of a facility, that gives you the ability to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck.
